One thing first...
The store can only open if the referendum passes.
On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Pickens County voters will decide whether licenses can be issued for the package sale of distilled spirits in unincorporated Pickens County. North Gate Package can open only if it passes.
- Oct5 Last day to register to vote in the referendum.
- Nov3 Election Day. Only registered Pickens County voters can vote on this question.

"Shall the issuance of licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits within the unincorporated limits of Pickens County?"
Those desiring to vote in favor of the issuance of licenses shall vote "Yes". Those desiring to vote against issuance of licenses shall vote "No".
